How do I order a picnic basket?
Just add your picnic (2-, 4-, or 6-person) to your cart & any add-ons you want! Go to the cart & checkout to complete your order. You'll receive a receipt for your purchase via email, with a short form to fill out to get all of your details, such as the date you need your basket, the event you'll be attending (or location) so we can tell you your options for picking up your basket & more! We ask that you fill out the short form as soon as possible, so we can get to work on your picnic basket! Alternatively, you may email me here.
How far in advance do I need to order my picnic basket?
It’s always better to order as early as possible! The earlier you place your order, the more likely it is for your basket to be in stock! We need a minimum of 7 days prior to the date you need your basket, as some of our vendors require several days' notice, such as charcuterie makers.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. You will add your selections to your cart & then check out by clicking the shopping bag at the top of the website. If you would like to change your order in any way, just contact us via email here & we'll make sure to adjust your order so you get your perfect basket!
Can I bring my own food and/or alcohol?
You are welcome to bring your own food/alcohol! We also have options to add-on to your picnic! If you order from our add-on menu, we'll pick up your food selections FOR YOU & deliver them at your picnic basket pre-arranged time! We're currently working on a section on our website that will give you all the answers you need about popular locations around Memphis & what IS or ISN'T allowed! We can also give your some recommendations on great picnic food & local businesses we like to order from!
What if I want to bring more guests?
You are welcome to bring extra guests! Just choose the picnic basket that most closely meets your number of guests needs. Then just go to our Add-Ons page & find “+1-Additional Guest” & tap “Add to Cart”. If you have a specific request regarding your guests, just email us here & we'll take care of it for you! Our motto is "the more the merrier"!!!
What is your PICNIC BASKET cancellation policy?
As we all know, sometimes emergencies or unforeseen circumstances arise. The preferred & easiest option is to change the date for your ordered picnic basket. The second option is that we can usually provide a refund, minus a small restocking fee, for a "short notice" (within 24 hours) cancellation. DISCLAIMER: There may be other fees associated with canceling your order, from other vendors we use, such as charcuterie makers. You will be responsible for those fees, if applicable.
What If I am late to pick up my basket?
After you place your picnic basket order, we’ll exchange phone numbers or determine the best mode of communication between us. We’ll discuss when & where the pickup will be. If you’ll be late to pick up your basket, let us know immediately. We are almost always able to make other arrangements for your convenience! Pick up no-shows will not receive ANY refund.
Are there specific locations that I can have a picnic?
We are happy to suggest locations for your picnic! Some public locations do not allow, for example, any glass or alcohol. A nice, clean, safe park is an ideal spot for a picnic! Don't forget! Some of the most beautiful picnics are in private backyards, on a porch or even an indoor location, such as in front of a fireplace! We're currently working on a section on our website that will give you all the answers you need about specific popular locations around Memphis & what IS or ISN'T allowed!
What if we break an item?
Everything in your picnic basket, & including the actual basket, is yours to keep!! We spend quite a bit of time finding sturdy plates, "glasses", etc., so that if you DO break something, it is likely something disposable & you won't be left with a pile of glass to deal with.
What do I do with my picnic basket & the items inside after my picnic?
